iPhone 6 Reports Error During Data Recovery

iPhone error code is very common for all iPhone devices. The iPhone 6 we are going to repair today also reports unknown error during data recovery process. Where is the problem caused from? How to diagnose and fix the problem, let's read in the article step by step!


1. We are going to root the iPhone 6, first of all, use iPhone USB data cable to connect cell phone on computer,  the screen shows successful connection and directly enter into DFU mode. As shown in picture 15-12-1.


2. When it's proceeding in 20% by Ace assistant, the system stops to report error in FORTrueData file.

3. According to our previous iPhone repair experience, we estimate the main problem is from Logic chip or Nand flash chip.

4. Apply opening toolkit to disassemble the iPhone 6 and take off the main board carefully, we find the iPhone 6 Nand flash chip was operated before. There are much copper dropped out from it. As shown in Picture 15-12-2.


5. Remove Nand chip from main board by QUICK 861DW hot air station, then put it on Naviplus 3000s programmer.

6. Rewrite SN, WiFi and Bluetooth address on the Nand chip and reflash the iPhone 6 to activate.

7. It can be successfully recovered now, repair is over here!

iPhone 6 Display Failure after Replacing LCD

The iPhone 6 display is black after replacing LCD. After checking, the diode data of display socket is normal and all power supply for iPhone display IC  output is normal. Iphone 6S Enters DFU Mode Cannot Start Fault Repair

Tutorial: iPhone 6S Plus Backlight Repair

Since the size of iPhone6s plus screen display  is large, it's necessary to use two sets of background lights to supply power, one is provided by U4020, the other is provided by U4050. 2  sets of circuit 1) PP_LCM_BL_ANODE,     PP_LCM_CAT1, PP_LCM_BL_CAT2 2) PP_LCM_BL34_ANODE,  PP_LCM_BL_CAT3, PP_LCM_BL_CAT4 For PP_LCM_BL_ANODE and PP_LCM_BL34_ANODE, if one of the circuit has no voltage value, it will cause the iPhone 6s Plus screen to be half bright and half dark. For PP_LCM_CAT1, PP_LCM_BL_CAT2, PP_LCM_BL_CAT3 and PP_LCM_BL_CAT4, if one of  these four circuits gets abnormal signal, it will cause the 1/4 screen to be dark.
