We are going to repair an iPhone 6S motherboard, the customer mentioned that the the problem is that there was a noise when the iPhone was recording,
the quality of the recording sound is bad. This iPhone motherboard was repaired once, now we are going to
repair it.
Customers say there's a noise when the iPhone is recorded. First, we need to install an iPhone motherboard to check if there's a problem with the external configuration of the iPhone. After testing, the failure of iPhone is exactly what the customer described.
According to our maintenance experience, this is usually caused by the J4600 plug in the rear of the iPhone or the U3500 audio on the iPhone. Usually, when faced with this problem, we can take the sponge out of the rear plug socket J4600 of the iPhone and look at the capacitance resistance inductance below. We can observe it under the Trinocular Integrated Microscope.
After removing the sponge, we found the FL4601
and FL4611 resistor fall off, these 2 resistors will affect tail plug recording
and causes murmur.
Use QUICK 861DW hot air rework station to short
connect FL4606 and FL4611. After short connection, assemble the iPhone and test
it, the fault has been repaired!
