iPhone 6 Frequently no Service, What Happened?

When using the iPhone6, there may be occasions when there is no service. So how do you solve this problem?

Received a faulty iPhone 6 phone from the customer, customer description: often no service, display search signal on the iPhone display.

Detailed description When the iPhone is in the no-service state, there is no IMEI after dialing *#06#. According to our previous repair experience, it may be due to the RFFE1 and RFFE2 bus of the iPhone baseband causing this iPhone to have no service failure.

By examining the iPhone schematic with WUXINJI Dongle, we found that the two sets of buses are the various ICs that the baseband CPU uses to manage the signal portion. For a lost iPhone, the circuit of RFEE1_DATA to the U1 pin is usually disconnected.

Use the phone opening tool to remove the iPhone and remove the iPhone motherboard. Then use the QUICK 861DW hot air rework station to heat the iPhone baseband, then remove it with tweezers and then jump from the soldering U1's pin to the back side test point. figure 1 Then apply some green UV oil.

To make it solidify, we use an ultraviolet light and then install the iPhone baseband to the iPhone's motherboard.

Finally, assemble the iPhone, turn on the power and enter the IOS system for testing. The result shows that the iPhone signal works normally. After a few days of use, the iPhone also shows a service. Mobile phone repair was successful.

Solution: iPhone 7 Baseband Fault

Phone 6 Plus touch M1, iPhone 6 baseband u1v1 and iPhone 7 audio problems are very common for phone repairmen. At first, we can weld  iPhone touch IC  or re-install touch IC to fix iPhone 6P touch problem, but after a while it need to be repaired again. Later, we figure out that we can repair the problem by   jump wire . The baseband u1v1 and audio problems can also be used in the same way. The first layer of these iPhone motherboard layer circuit lines is very fragile and easy to disconnect or virtual welding, some are not broken by the naked eye, but in fact it is almost disconnected, weak links, at a critical point. Now, let's back to iPhone 7 baseband problem, most people think it is Qualcomm baseband problem, and we think it's still the same as before, it's iPhone motherboard design flaws.  Check the working schematic diagram of the iPhone baseband power supply through WUXINJI Dongle , it's amazing, as shown in picture 1. Put iPhone 7 and iPh

Solution: iPhone X Won't Turn On

According to the customer's description, the iPhone X would not turn on after it drop accidentally. Then the cell phone reports error 56 when restore it. How did this happen? Let's test and repair step by step. Since iPhone X motherboard 2 layers are connected through the middle column, the solder points are very easy to get dropped. so we guess that the solder points from NFC chip to the CPU part have fell off. Disassemble the iPhone X by iPhone opening tools , remove the upper board off the main board, when separate the main board we see there is a row of points have fell off. Check the location map on WUXINJI dongle , it is surrounded by a ground wire, in fact, there are 6 useful points dropped. The ground wire does not need to be filled, the 6 useful points are added by professional phone welding tools. These are the signal wires of the NFC chip, so the iPhone X would report error 56. Then the tin of the middle column is repaired by iPhone X BGA reballing ste

Solution: iPhone 6 Plus Touch Failure Repair

Received an iPhone 6 Plus, first we need to know the basic information about the device. According to the customer's description: 1. the iPhone touch function can not be used; 2. there is very important data in the iPhone so that we need to pay attention not to restore the device. Repair Process: 1. The failure is that the touch can not be used, we still follow the rule: easy operation first, first replace the iPhone screen , the touch is still no working. 2. After excluding the screen problem, we judge it's iPhone motherboard  problem. 3. Remove the motherboard and connect to measure touch voltage, PP5V7_SAGE_AVDDH touch +5.7V is normal, PP5V7_SAGE_AVDDH touch the -5.7V voltage has no value. As shown in 11-5-1 . 4. The other points are found to be normal, power off to test whole circuit, we find circuit line is broken. 5. Soldering the broken line with jumper , connect the 2 points in iPhone diagram with jumper wire as shown in picture 11-5-3 , a
